Out-of-control driver crashes into Miramar home

MIRAMAR, FL – A home in Miramar was rendered uninhabitable on Monday when an out-of-control vehicle crashed into it, WSVN reports. 

The accident occurred shortly before noon on the 6600 block of Southwest 21st Street. A Toyota sedan was speeding through the neighborhood and lost control, crashing into the home.

A critical support beam was damaged in the crash, leaving the home uninhabitable.

The driver of the Toyota claimed that someone else had pulled a gun and signaled for him to stop, prompting him to speed away. While fleeing this scene, he lost control and crashed into the house.

No injuries were reported.
