School Bus With Students On Board And SUV Crash
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A school bus carrying 15 students and a sport utility vehicle collided, sending the SUV onto its side at an intersection on a rural county road.
No one was injured in the crash which happened on 69th Street at 51st Avenue.
Rescue crews were called to the scene of the crash, according to the Indian River County Fire Rescue officials.
Battalion Chief David Kiernan said the side front of the school bus sustained minor damage in the collision.
He said he did not know the cause of the crash, but it occurred where residential 51st Avenue enters 69th Street.
No other information was available at the time of this report.
