Trooper hurt in West Palm Beach car accident
A highway trooper in Florida recently sustained injuries after the patrol car he was driving was struck by another vehicle in West Palm Beach.
Information coming from a spokesperson for the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) revealed that around 7:00 p.m. on June 2, one of their troopers was involved in an accident near Interstate 95 and 45th Street. FHP Sergeant Mark Wysocky claimed that the trooper’s vehicle was struck on the passenger side as he was attempting to turn left on I-95. Sgt. Wysocky confirmed that the trooper was evaluated at a hospital even though his injuries were considered minor. The driver of the other vehicle, whose name was not released, did not suffer injuries from the accident. No charges were filed yet, but authorities are awaiting investigation results.
