Truck Hits And Kills Pedestrian in St. Lucie County

ST LUCIE COUNTY, Fl — The Florida Turnpike is back open following a deadly crash in St. Lucie County. A truck hit and killed a pedestrian.

The crash closed the northbound lanes near mile marker 172 just north of the Okeechobee Road exit in Fort Pierce.

The victim was a 41-year-old man from Orem, Utah.
