Two killed in Miami Gardens street race

MIAMI GARDENS, FL – A street race in Miami Gardens resulted in two deaths early on Saturday morning, the Daily Florida Press reports. 

The crash occurred near the intersection of Northwest 183rd Street and 38th Court  around 2 a.m. on Saturday morning. Details of the crash have not been released but witness reports indicate that an illegal street race was the cause.

The two victims were a 64-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman.

No information is currently available on the drivers who were racing.
