Update: Lake Worth crash involved tractor-trailer

LAKE WORTH, FL – Officials have confirmed that Monday’s collision involved a tractor-trailer. 

The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on southbound Florida’s Turnpike, WPTV reported. 

For reasons unknown, the driver of the tractor-trailer lost control of the vehicle before it rolled over. 

The crash meant traffic delays on the north and southbound lanes of the Turnpike, as well as significant delays from Lake Worth Road to Boynton Beach Boulevard. 

As of yet, first responders have not revealed the contributing factors of the collision and if the driver was hurt.
