West Palm Beach Man Killed In Crash Involving a Tractor-Trailer On I-95 In Boynton Beach
BOYNTON BEACH, Fl. — All southbound lanes on I-95 were temporarily shut down following a fatal crash that killed a 33-year-old man, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened at Exit 57 near Woolbright Rd. and Boynton Beach Boulevard around midday.
A man of West Palm Beach was killed, according to FHP, but what caused the crash is still unclear.
The lanes didn’t reopen until several hours later, according to Boynton Beach police.
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded about the crash. “Cases involving accidents with tractor trailers are always subject to heightened scrutiny because of the additional regulations placed on drivers of those vehicles. Unfortunately, in our practice, we have seen numerous instances where drivers blatantly violate these regulations, which results in catastrophic consequences.”
