Woman killed in Boynton Beach crash, driver flees scene

BOYNTON BEACH, FL – A 29-year-old woman was killed in Boynton Beach on Friday night and the driver fled the scene, WPBF reports. 

The accident occurred at 10 p.m. on the 3400 block of Woolbright Road. The victim was a passenger in a 2017 Audi that left the road and crashed into a concrete pole.

When first responders arrived, the woman was buckled into the passenger seat with critical injuries and the driver was gone. She was rushed to the hospital, where she passed away on Sunday morning.

Police are still looking for the driver.
