3-vehicle crash leaves one dead on US-1

MIAMI, FL – A three-vehicle crash on US-1 southbound resulted in two deaths and a third person being hospitalized, WSVN reports. 

The accident occurred around 4 p.m. on Wednesday around mile maker 122. It was caused by a brown Chevy sedan that was travelling the wrong way and struck a silver Toyota pickup truck. A third vehicle was then also struck.

The male drivers of the Chevy and the Toyota both died at the scene. The driver of the third vehicle was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
