Shane Chernoff

Born in South Florida and raised in Palm Beach County, Mr. Chernoff’s practice is concentrated on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death cases throughout Florida. Mr. Chernoff received his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University’s College of Law, graduating a semester early at both universities.

Prior to joining Schuler, Weisser, Zoeller, Overbeck & Baxter P.A., Mr. Chernoff was a junior partner at a renowned Florida defense firm and represented many Fortune 500 companies in premises liability, breach of contract, products liability, and car accident injury cases. His experience as a defense attorney allows Mr. Chernoff to anticipate and then pick apart defense strategies, which allows him to be successful in pursuing full compensation for his clients’ injuries.

Mr. Chernoff’s hobbies include tennis, hanging out with his rescue dog Ranger, and watching the Florida Panthers and Florida Gators.
