Driver hospitalized after crashing pickup truck into Tamarac home

TAMARAC, FL – A pickup truck crashed into a child’s bedroom in the Tamarac area on Wednesday evening.

According to NBC Miami, the driver lost control of their Ford F-150 for unknown reasons and slammed into the residence in the 2300 block of NW 55th Street at about 6 p.m.

Fortunately, no one inside the home was injured in the crash.

The unidentified driver of the truck was transported to a local hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
