Man, 43, killed in hit-and-run crash West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – A hit-and-run crash claimed a pedestrian’s life early Monday morning, CBS 12 News revealed. 

The collision occurred on Okeechobee Boulevard. The pedestrian was walking in an unmarked crosswalk when he was hit. 

The pedestrian was identified as 43-year-old Javier Pacheco. 

The driver hit Pacheco, and he was thrown to the ground. The driver did not render aid and fled the scene, going east on Okeechobee Boulevard. 

No further details are available.
